Church Farm is a beautiful 17th Century framed farmhouse with a Georgian frontage situated in a lovely village setting, on the Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire border in a triangle between the towns of Sandy, St Neots and Bedford and one mile from the A1/A421 junction.

Three comfortable bedrooms are available overlooking the gardens and small orchard. The Green Room features a double bed with a luxury en suite bathroom. The Red Room also comes with a double bed and boasts an en suite shower room, whilst the twin room has twin beds and an en suite bathroom. In each room at Church Farm, you will find tea & coffee making facilities, plus stored in the wardrobe you will find a hairdryer, some shoe cleaning materials, a shoe horn, a sewing kit, an emergency first aid kit and a hot water bottle. We believe it is these little touches that count the most. Limited laundry and ironing facilities are available plus extra blankets (including electric), anti-allergy pillows and heaters.

Free Wi-Fi is available, as is ample off road parking. We have a strong reputation for our standards of quality, service and value. If your visit is for business or pleasure, you will experience genuine hospitality and a warm welcome.

Breakfast options include fruit juice, cereal, fruit, porridge, plus aga cooked food such as bacon, eggs, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes and a range of vegetarian options. Wherever possible we source our produce locally and are passionate supporters of Bedfordshire’s farming community.

Roxton is a picturesque village with much charm, whilst close by you will find the upmarket town of St Neots and the busy hub that is Bedford.
