Broadwater is in a desirable part of Kent, in a quiet part of Tunbridge Wells. Just a short walk and you can reach the town centre, historic Pantiles and many excellent shops & restaurants.

This tastefully presented, Georgian style establishment has comfortable and well-appointed guest rooms, which includes everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Each has been tastefully decorated and guests can choose from an attractive single, double or twin en suite room. Each includes a TV, Wi-Fi internet access, radio and tea/coffee making facilities.

A spare bed is also available should a third person wish to share the double or twin room.

To ensure you start your day right, guests can enjoy a traditional cooked English breakfast in the dining room, please advise when booking of any special dietary requirements.

You will never be short of things to do and places to explore during your stay. Tunbridge Wells is an excellent centre from which to visit many famous National Trust properties, historic sites and gardens. Notable houses of historic interest include:

The ancient towns of Rye and Battle are just a short drive away and the south coast is an easy drive for visiting Eastbourne, Brighton and many other beautiful locations such as Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters white cliffs.

There is a frequent rail service from Tunbridge Wells into London in just 45 minutes and both Canterbury and Windsor make great days out.
