Watton Bed & Breakfast in Shrewsbury offers beautiful accommodation. Our gorgeous Arts & Crafts property was built in the 1930s and has been tastefully extended to offer high-quality accommodation. We are a fantastic base for exploring Shropshire and are only 50m from the Burrs Field and 150m from the River Severn.

We have 2 comfortable double bedrooms available. Both rooms come with wonderful en suite facilities including a shower with a waterfall feature. All the rooms come with a range of facilities:

Widescreen Freeview digital TV.
Complimentary hospitality tray.
Access to free BT Infinity wireless broadband.
Ironing facilities available for use on request.

You can start the day with a delicious home-cooked breakfast. We also offer fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit, a variety of cereals, tea, coffee and toast.

Our charming guest house is only an 800-metre walk to the town centre; you can either stroll through Burrs Field and across the Kingsland Bridge over the River Severn or walk through Colham and over Greyfriars Footbridge along the pavement. History fans can visit Shrewsbury Castle or Shrewsbury Abbey. Alternatively, you can visit the variety of pubs and restaurants in the area. Great attractions to see include:

Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery.
The Quarry.
Shrewsbury Cathedral.
National Trust – Attingham Park.
Shrewsbury Prison.
