The Reading Rooms Bed & Breakfast offer comfortable B&B accommodation located in the village of Haydon Bridge in Northumberland. The bed and breakfast is the perfect base for those wanting to explore the beautiful Northumberland countryside.

We offer a total of three guest rooms including a double, single and family room. All of the guest rooms offer en suite facilities, a TV, tea & coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi. One of the guest rooms is located on the ground floor and the other two overlook the River South Tyne.

Breakfast includes cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts. We can also provide packed lunches.

Secure bike storage available.

There are many activities available in the local area including walking, fishing, golf, cycling, shopping, horse riding and much more. We are located close to the Cycle Route 72 which runs for a total of one hundred and seventy four miles.

Guests can visit Hadrian’s Wall, Dunstanburgh Castle, Cragside Gardens & Estate and Alnwick Castle. We are also located close to many local amenities including a church, post office, bank, newsagents and the library and much more.Sycamore gap, Tyne fishing and Langley Castle are also nearby.
