Atholl Villa is a 4 Star Bed and Breakfast enjoying a superb location in the pretty town of Pitlochry, Perthshire.

We offer 10 en suite bedrooms all appointed to a high standard with your comfort in mind. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The remainders are situated on the first and second floors of the house. We are also pleased to offer family accommodation.

Our bedrooms differ in size; one is a family suite comprising a double and 2 single beds, large screen television and all the other comforts you would expect including a large en suite.

All bedrooms have pleasing décor, comfortable beds, quality bedding, bedside lamps, padded chairs, remote controlled television, refreshment tray, hair dryer and welcome folder. A few bedrooms still retain feature Victorian fireplaces.

Our en suites are also appointed to a high standard with showers and many accesories. Guest comfort is important to you…..and to us!

Pitlochry is a delightful Victorian town nestling in the Perthshire Highlands amidst some of the most beautiful scenery in Europe. Easily accessible by road and rail, Pitlochry is the premier inland resort in Scotland, and its position close to the country’s geographical centre makes it an ideal touring base. From here, the length and breadth of Scotland can be explored using either public or private transport.

Pitlochry’s fame as a holiday resort dates from as long ago as the 1860’s. Since that time, many of the towns fine houses and mansions have become quality hotels and guesthouses. Atholl villa is one example.

This 10 bedroom Victorian detached stone built house of typical Scottish construction, built approximately 150 years ago is situated at the edge of town centre, close to both rail and bus stations.

We also have a private apartment with 4 single beds.

This area is proud of its tourist traditions, and nowhere sums up these traditions better than Pitlochry’s Atholl Road. Here can be found an abundance of restaurants and shops, all offering a wide choice of goods to suit any buyer.
