Bellavista Guest House offers superb accommodation in a peaceful area of Kirkwall, Orkney. We are near the shore and only 15-20 minutes from hugging walk into Kirkwall.

We have a range of well-appointed and comfortable bedrooms available, including 3 double rooms and 3 double twin rooms and 1 triple 3 singles, double single , 7 of which have en suite facilities. Single occupancy rooms are also available. All rooms are equipped with:

The guest living room at Bellavista is comfortable and relaxing. The living room enjoys excellent views of boats arriving and departing from Kirkwall Harbour and Hatston Pier, including Northlink boat (Aberdeen/Lerwick) and Orkney Ferries (to all of the North Isles). The room also has facilities to store food and refreshments and comes with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and cups, plates and cutlery.

A large garden and pond with seating areas is provided for guests to relax in. Guests can use the large private car park and secure outbuildings for storage of bicycles and other outdoor equipment.
