Duchy House B&B is located in Princetown – at the heart of the stunning Dartmoor National Park – a two-minute walk from the village pubs, cafes and shops. We have six en-suite rooms, each with a Nespresso coffee machine, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and complimentary toiletries.

If you enjoy cycling, walking or just relaxing then Duchy House is the perfect place to stay! You can walk in almost any direction and be on open moorland in less than five minutes. There is also no shortage of fantastic cycling to be had right on our doorstep – Dartmoor is a cyclist’s dream. Muddy boots are welcome and we have dedicated secure bike storage, as well as mountain bikes available for hire.

We provide super comfy beds in beautifully furnished rooms and a five star breakfast (served in front of a roaring wood burner) with a wide variety of homemade choices – from a locally sourced cooked breakfast to a healthy smoothie and everything in between – leaving you refreshed and refuelled, ready for the day ahead.

Rooms are available with either standard double beds, super kingsize beds or twin singles.
