Fraoch Lodge offers superb accommodation in Boat of Garten, Inverness-shire. We are the perfect base camp for Scot Mountain Holiday tours and the perfect base for exploring Cairngorms National Park.

A variety of tours are available with Scot Mountain Holidays. Pre-booking is advised and private guiding is also available. The tours specialise in hiking and mountain biking. Our lodge offers flexible accommodation for groups, families and individuals who want explore the National Park.

Our lodge sleeps up to 14 people in a range of rooms:

4 twin rooms (2 en suite, 2 with shared bathrooms).
1 double room (shared bathroom).
1 single room (shared bathroom).
1 triple room (private bathroom).

You unwind in our lovely lounge which comes with an open fire. A kitchen is available for self catering and there is a purpose built drying room. Facilities include a lockable bike shed and bike wash down area.

All guests are offered a free continental breakfast consisting of home baked bread, homemade jams, cereals, porridge, coffee and tea. You can also upgrade to a hot breakfast. Packed lunches can be provided and a 2 course diner using local and home grown produce are also available.

For guests who want venture further afield, you can visit a range of attractions in Inverness-shire:
