The b&b is located just a few minutes walk from Felixstowe town centre and its many sites and attractions. Whether your stay is for business or leisure we will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The seaside town of Felixstowe sits within the county of Suffolk on the east coast of England. We are around 10 miles east from the county town of Ipswich, and approximately 90 miles north east of London.

Felixstowe is an attractive resort – boasting record hours of sunshine each year and the second lowest rainfall in the UK.

Its seafront includes traditional family seaside amusements, children’s rides, pier and Edwardian gardens. It also has a busy leisure centre with swimming pools, indoor bowls, fitness suite, and Treasure Island children’s fun area.

The Spa Pavilion theatre offers a wide variety of shows throughout the year, while the town cinema shows all the latest films. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
