We have 3 twin rooms in the annex all decorated to a high level and each equipped with television, one en-suite bathroom and one shared bathroom. The additional twin bedrooms share a bathroom. All rooms in annexe are situated on the ground floor. The annex is complete with lounge and dining area, television, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge.

This B&B accommodation backs onto a country park and they have a go ape course, horse riding, swimming pool there. The Fishery is only round the corner so if your keen on fishing and want to make a weekend or even a week of it, book now and consider taking the annexe with a few of your friends. The Ageas Bowl is also round the corner so if you are planning to come and enjoy the cricket, or even take in a concert, Rod Stewart is on in June and the England International cricket fixtures also take place here.
