Rosehill is located in a lovely part of the Scottish Highlands, at Pitlochry in Perthshire. We offer comfortable and relaxing guest accommodation that is ideal for those who want a break away to a beautiful part of Scotland.

You will never be short of places to explore during your stay. Put on your boots and take a hike through the magnificent Highland Perthshire scenery. There is a network of paths around Pitlochry, totalling approximately 40 miles and these are suitable for varyious levels of age and ability. Climb Ben y Vrackie for the stunning views and, at 2757ft, it is a Corbett, rather than a Munro. There are also plenty of castles with turrets & towers, distilleries, quirky independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
