The Blacksmiths Arms is an 18th Century inn that also provides bed and breakfast accommodation. It is located within the Offham area of East Sussex. It is an ideal base for visiting nearby Lewes, Brighton and Eastbourne.

There are 4 bedrooms available which are all en suite and include a flat screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. In the morning there are a range of breakfast options available from a full English through to smoked salmon.

The inns restaurant serves fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The menu contains Jamaican specialities as well as some English traditional pub food. The bar has a range of local beers, lagers and several wines.

The pub and restaurant are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but breakfast is served for the B&B guests.

The nearby town of Lewes is steeped in history and heritage. A short drive from Lewes reveals an abundance of tourist attractions. These include:

Lewes Castle.
Plumpton Racecourse.
Amex Stadium.
Palace Pier.
Nymans.
This area is also full of beautiful countryside which is ideal for walking and cycling.
