The Old Vicarage offers outstanding bed & breakfast accommodation in Tideswell. Our Grade II Listed former vicarage near Buxton is ideally placed for exploring Derbyshire. We have 3 double bedrooms available, plus a self-catering studio. All the rooms are finished to a high standard and come with individual bathrooms, including 2 with en-suite facilities. The School View Room has a double bed with en-suite shower room and views of the Old Grammar School. The Hall View Room has a brass double bed and period fireplace, plus its own private bathroom and overlooks Eccles Hall. The Church View Room has a king-size brass bed and en-suite facilities with a roll top bath. As the name suggests it overlooks the ‘Cathedral of the Peak’ church.

All rooms include tea and coffee-making facilities, towels, a hair dryer and Wi-Fi. We also offer self-catering accommodation in The Coach House – please enquire for details. In the morning, you can look forward to a full English breakfast using locally sourced produce, plus a selection of cereals and fresh fruit. There are many attractions in the area for you to visit such as Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. We are close to the historic towns of Buxton, Castleton and Bakewell. For the more energetic, the Monsal Trail and wider Peak District offers lots of hillside walks and cycle trails.
