Whitehall Farm is a 560 acre arable working family farm on the Holkham Estate which offers bed & breakfast accommodation. Our guest house in Burnham Thorpe near Wells Next the Sea is in a peaceful countryside location. We are 2.5 miles south of the North Norfolk coastline and perfect for a relaxing break away.

Our lovely farmhouse is predominantly a 16th Century Listed building which offers a range of beautifully appointed rooms to choose from. Outside you can enjoy views of open countryside and the Burn Valley.

Family Room: The family room consists of a twin or super king size bed and sofa that converts to a double bed when required. This rooms has solid wood furniture, a wicker chair and a large window which overlooks the garden. The en suite fully tiled bathroom comes with a shower of the bath and WC. Toiletries and bathrobes are supplied for your comfort.

Room 2: Contains a luxury king size bed with hardwood furniture. This rooms includes a window seat, easy chair and enjoys views over the garden and farmland. En suite bathroom facilities include a WC and shower.

Room 3: This rooms boast a luxurious king size bed and hardwood furniture. You can relax in the side chairs in front of the large television. The en suite facility is fully tiled and comes with a large shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. Situated at the southern end of the farmhouse the room has east and south facing windows overlooking the garden pond, open farmland and Burn Valley. All the rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, DVD player, CD player, clock radio/alarm, safe, hair dryer and fridge.

We have stables available for horses/ponies, together with a 2 acre post and rail fenced paddock. There is ample parking for trailed boxes/horse boxes. There are many quiet green lanes and bridleways available and we are within easy reach of the long firm flat sands of Holkham beach. We truly are the ideal break for horse owners.
